I am a senior dietitian who graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle, Australia and have been working in the field of dietetics since 2017.
In Australia, I have completed my dietetics training in various healthcare settings including hospitals, community centres and aged care facilities. Besides, I have conducted several nutrition education programs, with titles such as ‘Healthy Tum Healthy Gums’, ‘Stir It Up’ and ‘Fruit and Veg Made Easy’ to raise awareness on healthy eating.
As a dietitian working in different hospitals in Malaysia, I have been actively involved in dietetics counselling, nutrition support, conducting public health talks and HRDF certified wellness programs for corporate clients. I was also featured on Malay Mail for Ramadan Nutrition and 8tv Mandarin News to educate the importance of protein for muscle health. My special interest is in cancer and gastroenterology nutrition, where I enjoy empowering individuals in making informed nutrition decisions to ‘Eat what you like, in a healthier way’.
With passion in providing evidence-based nutrition care beyond the hospital, I am keen to offer a variety of services to improve your wellbeing and quality of life. Whether it is weight management, managing a disease condition through nutrition or developing a healthy relationship with food, feel free to contact me or click ‘offered services’ below to find out more on how I may help you! :)
