Everyone </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">can improve, with time and a positive attitude. </span></p> <p style="margin:0cm 0cm;font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span></p> <p style="margin:0cm 0cm;font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Currently, I teach </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">hatha yoga, yin yoga and a combination of both hatha and yin yoga (yin &amp; yang yoga) at Singapore Press Holdings, Union Yoga Ayurveda and private residences. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">With students from different age groups (from 20s to 70s) and varying abilities, I’m adept at offering modifications of yoga poses to all.</span></p> <p style="margin:0cm 0cm;font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span></p> <p style="margin:0cm 0cm;font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">My yoga journey is never-ending as I continue to learn to gain wider knowledge and sharpen my teaching skills. To date, I have attended Injury Screening and Prevention in Yogasana workshop by Dr Ritesh from Vyasa Yoga &amp; Ayurveda Singapore (Sep 2018), Backbend Workshop by Teacher Arya from Platinum Yoga (July 2018), and Muscle Taping Workshop by Dr Satyam Tripathi from Union Yoga Ayurveda (Nov 2017).</span></p> <p style="margin:0cm 0cm;font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"> </p> <p style="margin:0cm 0cm;font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Care for yourself, so you can care for others better.
