I conduct yoga classes for all levels, focusing particularly on proper alignments (through correction of postures) and engagement of muscles. I work on building the awareness of practitioners through the benefits of yoga poses. Thus, I encourage taking one's learnings and practice into his or her everyday life and avoid bad habits such as hunching or arching the back. Research has proven that a good posture prevents injuries and pains (such as spine, hips, knees and shoulders). I also specialise in yoga therapy and restorative yoga, building on breath therapy and gentle poses to help individuals disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily lives to achieve a deeper level of relaxation.
