Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Certificate

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Certification and Registration

Wondering how to better prepare yourself for uncertainties in life?

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that allows a person who is 21 years of age or older to plan the management of his affairs in the event of a loss of mental capacity.

Our legal counsel will assist you in the completion of the relevant form(s) and arrange for certification of your LPA by a accredited Certificate Issuer. Your duly signed LPA will thereafter be submitted to the OPG for registration.

Please be informed that LPA registration with the OPG will take approximately 3- 6 months from the date of filing.
