You can do so by:
Taking a picture or screenshot of the product and the corresponding price tag to show the price
Submit your image, order number and claim by emailing us at estore@caregiverasia.com.
Once your claim is submitted, we will validate and respond within 3-5 working days. The refund will be credited in the form of vouchers on the CaregiverAsia E-Store platform.
Full Terms and Conditions:
- A customer must make a valid non-refunded, non-returned purchase of items on caregiverasia.com. The customer must follow the instructions above to submit a Price Match Guarantee claim through email within 7 days of their corresponding purchase.
- Price Match Guarantee will only compare against in-stock, standard, non-discounted, non-promotional and non-special regular selling prices online and in store competitors based in Singapore such as Tangs. Price Match Guarantee does not include any Warehouse stores such as www.warehouseclub.com.sg, third party website, concierge services, atrium promotions, trade shows, and special events or festivals such as SAVOUR and wine fairs.
- Price Match Guarantee is only valid for identical products with the Price Match label on https://www.caregiverasia.com/store. The regular selling price has to apply to an identical individual product in terms of brand, make, model, size, colour, version, packaging, and quantity.
- If your comparable shopping would have been cheaper at the above mentioned, we will refund the price difference in CaregiverAsia vouchers for those specific items’ regular selling prices.
- Price Match Guarantee claims will be paid out in vouchers for future purchases only and expire after one year of issuance.
- Price Match Guarantee does not apply to private labeled products, promotional products, special edition products, temporary promotions, products pending promotion, rebated products, or any other special offers. We don’t match special prices only available to certain customers - such as negotiated prices or prices for groups like account holders or club members.
- Customers may submit Price Match Guarantee claims on as many eligible products as they want, but may not collect more than SGD100 in vouchers from Price Match Guarantee claims per year.
- Price Match Guarantee does not apply in the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or other similar error if it is an error on the part of CaregiverAsia.
- CaregiverAsia reserves the right to deny Price Match Guarantee claims that are being submitted to intentionally abuse or circumvent the intent of the Price Match Guarantee.
- All CaregiverAsia’s decisions on Price Match Guarantee are final and binding including but not limited to determining eligible claimants, legible photographs and submissions, pricing errors, regular selling price, time and date cutoffs, limits of promotion, and amounts.
