Mekhala is trained under a classical form of Yoga, Sivananda Yoga. She follows closely to the original teachings and view yoga as a not merely a physical exercise but an intelligent ancient system that teaches us to use our body as a tool to work with our mind. In all her yoga class, she will share health care tips (5 points of yoga) with her students as well.
