Habits and activities sometimes put us in a posture that are not optimal causing overuse muscles and tightness in the body. Dynamic stretches followed by joint mobility help to integrate the joints before we can properly work and strengthen our bodies. Level: Suitable for Beginners and good for all levels looking to incorporate core conditioning exercises in their routine.
