Eileen has been my teacher for over 12 years. I first started doing yoga with her and now I am doing a combination of pilates and yoga weekly. Eileen is very experienced and patient. She is able to connect with her students and pick out the problem areas to correct and adjust -- I have seen improvements in my posture over time. It is very convenient to do the sessions with her as she comes over to my home teach my friends and me. She is also very affordable. I would highly recommend her to others.
