Shake stress off with Tension and Trauma Release Exercises(TRE®). What is TRE®? It is a series of 7 simple exercises, created by Dr David Berceli, to mildly fatigue and stretch certain muscle groups in the body to help you release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE® calms the nervous system, and brings your body back to balance.

Can everyone do TRE®? TRE® is a safe and effective stress release technique for most people and has been used in many different situations. There are modifications and adaptations for people with physical limitations. However, as with any exercise, always work within your physical limits. This event is NOT SUITABLE for those who are pregnant, or have had surgeries and injuries still under a doctor’s care within the past 6 months. To ensure you have a comfortable experience with TRE®, complete a simple health questionnaire during your registration for this event. The purpose is to assist the coach in assessing your suitability to participate in this activity and to adapt and modify the exercises to suit your limitations. All information that you share on this questionnaire will be kept confidential between the coach and yourself.
