“Before Alice got into Wonderland she had to fall down a pretty deep hole.”
This is how my relationship with yoga started, when I was facing a turbulent period in my life. I eventually found my path in Yoga which liberated me from “a deep hole”. Since then, I have been practicing various yoga styles under different teachers. I soon found the ultimate reason for self practice-uniting one’s body, mind, soul and breath. In search for a deeper connection to yoga, I completed my 500-hour Teacher Training with Don Peers and is deeply honored for the additional guidance from teachers: San, Ross Rayburn, Leslie Kaminoff and Mackenzie Miller who have shared their love and knowledge generously. Out of the mat, I get a kick out of climbing trees and diving.
It would be inspiring and rewarding to be on the other side of the mat, to watch individuals come alive, respecting their body, honoring their breath and enjoying their practice.
I also wish to lead individual towards a deeper level of physical fitness and a stronger connection to their body and mind.
