I provide unique Movement Workout for seniors as part of active and healthy aging.
Humans are designed to move with the caveat "use it or lose it". And movements should involve as many of the more than 600 hundred parts and muscles in the body that need to be tinkled as often as possible. The more parts exercised the healthier and fitter one is.
