Yoga For All Levels (Group)
A gentle stretch and tone class that focus on self care and addresses every day issues such as tight shoulders, back problems and hyperextended joints. These issues are the results of poor postures. Khim will highlight the benefits of simple yoga poses and explain how they can improve our postures and general health.
During the class, Khim will also guide participants on proper breathing techniques that allow the body and mind to relax.
This is a slow class and is suitable for any one above the age of 18 who is keen to improve their posture. No prior practice of yoga is required.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
