A gentle stretch and tone class that focuses on self care and addresses everyday issues such as tight shoulders, back problems and hyperextended joints. These issues are the result of poor postures. I will highlight the benefits of simple yoga poses and explain how they can improve our postures and general health.
During the class, I will also guide you on proper breathing techniques that allow the body and mind to relax.
This is a slow class and is suitable for anyone above the age of 18 who is keen to improve on their posture. No prior practice of yoga is required.
