I provide basic-level dancing lessons for seniors; 65 yo and above. Learn and enjoy ballroom or social dancing for recreation, exercise and therapy.
1. We will start slowly from the beginning.
2. Simple steps and small movements for new students.
3. Upper body techniques for wheelchair-bound students.
4. Individual or group dance sessions available.
5. No partner required. I teach both gents and ladies' steps.
6. For more advanced students, I can accompany you for dance events.
Dancing is enjoyable. It will help you to improve both your mind and limbs functions.
