Going on the supermarket tour with Charlotte was definitely an interesting and fun experience. With an aging father and a husband with a sweet tooth, it often isn’t easy for me to balance a nutritious diet with the foods that are used to. Charlotte gave many practical tips on how to make changes in little steps. I’m so happy that my father is game to try an all-natural peanut butter spread that she had suggested!

The supermarket tour I had with Charlotte was definitely an eye opener. Charlotte was very thorough in explaining food labels and gave very helpful tips on introducing healthier alternatives for my children. I particularly liked her idea of using pita wraps as an alternative base to the ready-made pizza dough that we buy off the shelves. I’m going to try this out with my kids! I highly recommended Charlotte’s services to mums who are concerned about their children’s nutrition.
