I believe that it is important to teach you the 'know-how' so you can be independent for your own health and fitness. Through I am Trim and Fit for Life programme, I have helped people from various age groups ranging from 11 years old to 80 years old with varying fitness and health goals.
I am a self-taught health and fitness coach with past certifications from Singapore Sport Council and American Council of Exercise (ACE). Through my experience with clients as well as my personal, family and friends' challenges with injury, health and fitness, I have adapted the programmes to meet current health needs.

I took up the Trim & Fit training program for almost a few years ago with my family, I was not fat during that time. Trying to lose some weight, maintain keep fit & healthy. Yet it’s was my husband who was diagnosed with mild diabetics, my son was less active. Initially we weren't sure if the program will benefit us. Hence, we took up a 12 weeks’ exercise program with BK. During his training, he leaded us to understand the fundamental of having such program. His training has no fancy gym, no heavy or running or tracking machines during the training. All we need were 1 towel & bottle of water. Rain or shine. We were always a place to workout. No excuse for us! After 12 weeks, we feel much better, eat with cautions. Small meals & maintain the regular his exercise 2-3 times a week. We build a stronger family bonding as well to exercise together. Our best achievement to climb up & down of 50 storey building @ Pinnacle Duxton!! Husband’s diabetics has great improvement.
