Our Occupational Therapist (OT) will assess your home and recommend the correct strategies to remove potential fall hazards and mobility access issues in your home. The OT will assess your home environment and the habits of your loved one before making a recommendation.

About Our Occupational Therapists
Trevor is a licensed Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council and has experience working in hospitals and day rehabilitation centres. He provides Occupational Therapy services in a variety of areas such as: neuro-rehabilitation, geriatrics and dementia care, orthopaedics, palliative care, hand therapy, and community-based rehab (home therapy). He is also able to assist with home modifications and equipment prescription to enable clients to do the activities that are important to them. 

Dawn is a Senior Occupational Therapist licensed with the Allied Health Professions Council and has more than 6 years of experience working in hospitals and day rehabilitation centres. She has worked with various clients in different areas such as neuro-rehabilitation, geriatrics, orthopedics, hand therapy, cardio-vascular, respiratory medicine, intensive care, and community-based primary care. She believes rehabilitation is a partnership between the client and therapist, with the ultimate goal of holistic engagement and participation in the things that truly matter to the client.
