May is the 3rd caregiver we have engaged to look after my handicapped 86 yrs old mom while our helper went on leave. May had attended to my mom the entire 5 hrs without taking a break, except for the 20 mins we forced her to take her lunch. We knew she has prior engagement as she was unable to extend the time during booking stage. But we literally had to forced her out the door when it past the appointed time. Highly highly recommended. I'll only engage May going forward, we are willing to accommodate her timing, especially my mom, still asking for May almost a week after their initial meeting. She is really very good and passionate about what she does
