Chai Hock is available to assure and handhold when you or your family member need to go for consultation, medical procedures, fill prescriptions, admission or discharge. He has years of experience negotiating the medical/clinical landscape, having worked in the healthcare field and also as a patient. Hence, he totally understand, empathise and will be beside you or your family member throughout the whole process, even the pre-consultation and booking right through to post-consultation and follow-up. Chai Hock believes in giving an holistic service as you are a whole person, not just a patient.
To provide the unhurried service and cater for any emergency, Chai Hock is available 24/7 unless he is overseas or has prior booking. The charges quoted is per session (usually 4 hours block) during office hours (9am to 6pm ) from Mon to Fri. After office hours and weekends rate will be 1.5 times. Chai Hock's available dates/time below are only for guidance, please do contact him and he is flexible to serve your needs.
