My name is Christopher, and I am a trained registered nurse. I have experience in geriatric care for a number of years.  My nursing services include performing health assessments like neurovascular assessment, visual acuity test, fall risk evaluation, and assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living.  I can also provide counselling for the elderly, care companion services, as well as running errands for my client.  Successful completion of the booking for my service will be confirmed after my acknowledgment of your request.  Thank you.

I also maintain and improve my nursing knowledge, competencies via continuing professional education (CPE) in order to deliver safe client care, and my CPE for this year (2022) include: Prevention & management of side effects from Lung Cancer treatment, Mapping of Care Services for the Dying, their Caregivers and the Bereaved, Diabetes Education Webinars etc. In addition, I have also attended medical events like 4th AMM-AMS-HKAM Tripartite Congress and 55th Singapore-Malaysia Congress of Medicine to improve my medical knowledge.
