I have seen a variety of cases and attended a wide range of courses during my time in the hospitals. Attended courses on wound care, administering medicine intravenously, Advanced Life Support, among many others.

Lucy is professional, gentle, soft spoken n patience. Well like by my father. Thank u v much!
Lucy is very professional and experienced. She's mature and has very good techniques in palliative care . She's also very gentle and caring for my mum altho my mum has become so weak they don't really gave a relationship yet. She's an excellent nurse in terms of temperament and knowledge.
Lucy came and made important suggestions on having extra the linens on the bed to move my mum and also suggested particular washing/cleaning methods for my mum's hygiene etc. She was also very attentive and was constantly watching or gently massaging my mum. She was also very interactive and pro-active with the Assisi Hospice Nurses who visited that last week and understood and carried out their instructions confidently. She is certainly a 5 star nurse.
I like all them all (the nurses). They are especially patient with my mom's persistent demands for attention at night. Quick to respond when she calls and they always try their best not to disturb the rest of the family.
