Grace Tan - Your friendly home nurse (Min 5hr) Singapore

I have 5 years working experience in government and private hospital ward setting. I have experience in nursing both adult and elderly patients in the medical and surgical ward, emergency department, clinic and intensive care unit. I am able to speak English, Mandarin, Teochew and Hokkien. I also enjoy providing care for the elderly. I am able to provide nursing care as listed:
- Basic nursing care
- Administration of medications
- NGT feeding and caring
- Urinary catheterisation (for female)
- Assisting in activities of daily living
- Wound dressing

There will be $20 charged per hour for any additional hr.
