Eating local delicacies can be healthy and tasty, even more when you can make your own from scratch. We will be sharing with you ingredients towards eating for good cardiovascular health. Cooking food or meals that are low in fat, low in salt and low in sugar does not equate to bland or not tasty. Go back to the basics of ingredients and cook together with us!
