Chang Yu Jing or Jing Jie is a self-taught confinement nanny who started her confinement care journey from her relatives 19 years ago. Having 5 children and 5 grandchildren, she is skilled in handling and feeding babies, assisting new mothers with breastfeeding. Moreover, she understands the importance of resting and healing for a new mother and believes that the period of confinement is crucial for a woman’s overall health. Jing Jie speaks Mandarin, Malay and Cantonese and is capable of cooking traditional confinement dishes such Ginger Chicken, Sesame Chicken or Steamed Chicken with Lily Flower and Dang Gui, Braised Pork Soup with Black Fungus and more. She is a veteran in her field and has a range of experiences with different ethnic background families caring for more than 6 families a year. She is available from May 2017 onwards.
