I am an experienced Singaporean Confinement Nanny for the past 20 years; I have knowledge in Beng Kung which is a traditional Malay post natal wrap to help mothers to support their body’s natural healing process. Belly binding has been used to assist in the abdominal wall muscle retraction, improves posture, support loosened ligaments and provide support to the torso while vital organs return to their pre-pregnancy size and position. I am also knowledgeable in simple massages for baby and mummy as well as halal confinement cooking, simple household chores and teach mothers how to breastfeed, handle and bathe new borns.

I am only able to do day time confinement as I do not live in with clients. My price is negotiable.
