I am able to assist elderly to use Internet and use YouTube for their favorite movies or interesting programs. Take children to shopping or library.

I like that Gilbert is very gentle and cheerful to Mum. Improvements are a little slower for Mum's IT knowledge. Takes more time and effort to teach her this stuff. To be fair to Gilbert he has done very well, Mum was unable to use a mobile phone 2 years ago. 4 marks for Gilbert.
