I served as a befriender at a nursing home for around a year building a good rapport with the seniors there. Communicate with the seniors there in mandarin and dialects. Help seniors to do with simple tasks and at times read to them. I can be a companion to your seniors at home and accompany them to food court, or go for a walk and also assist them with hand phone apps and computer usage as I was in the IT profession for 20 over years. Teach simple exercises, even for those on wheel chair can learn to strengthen their health.
