I am providing Baby Sitting Service. I am a mother of 2 grown up sons and one grand child, all along taking care my children on my own. Preparing food, feeding, reading books & story, singing, arts & craft, showering, changing clothes, putting to bed, and other necessary activities for children.
I also providing light steady exercise for standing position (approx. 30 mins), slow jogging (approx. 15 mins) and sitting position (30 mins). After exercise need around 15 mins to rest. I am practising this exercise for more than 7 years the best timing is early in the morning at 5;30am to breathe-in the fresh air. The benefit to keep healthy our body, soul & mind from practise this exercise regularly. We can feel the results of refreshing, renewing and rejuvenating our body, soul & mind at least weeks to a month practise. This Infinite Youth exercise also can reduce the stress level from our daily lives challenging and living with fear. Infinite Youth exercise is for any age and suitable for both male & feamle.
